For almost 40 years, CRY and its 200 partner NGOs have worked with parents and communities to ensure lasting change in the lives of over 2,000,000 underprivileged children across 23 states in India.  Your Role :  - You will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing CRY's brand communication strategy. Increasing CRY brand visibility, creating awareness around child rights and positioning CRY as a voice of authority on child rights will be a critical measure of this role.  - Your role will involve leveraging various media platforms and marketing tools towards meeting the organizational communication objectives - identifying and leasing with external vendors and partners, managing and measuring the plan performance and ROI, monitoring the budget, conceptualizing advertising partnership avenues with external brands.  - As a member of the Communications function, you will act as a brand custodian and ensure that all brand guidelines and communication SOPs are adhered to.  Eligibility :  - You must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing/Communications or Mass Communications with 5 to 7 years experience in a brand communications role (with experience in copywriting) in a mid-sized organization.   - Strong understanding of communications as well as brand & marketing concepts along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential.
