Your role: - This role is responsible for working with the Function Director - Resource Mobilization &amp; General Manager - Resource Generation, to envision, conceptualize &amp; also operationalize the Corporate Partnership (CP) strategy while keeping in mind the CRY's child rights agenda &amp; initiatives &amp; activities in the country. - The role needs to be able to work with the regions to co-create and co-execute the CP strategy through the identification of the potential corporate partners, identify funding trends in the CSR industry and create customizable products based on these trends and CRY programs. This role will also be responsible for identifying and strengthening alternate streams of revenue within CP like digital tie-ups, marathons and donation boxes. - Create customizable products based on these trends and CRY programs by coordinating with regional CP teams to get their inputs into the same. This would be applicable for both CSR and CRM products. Ability to create different databases from secondary sources which can be used as a shortlist to contact potential donors. You: - The candidate should be Graduate/Post graduate in marketing/business management with 8+ years of experience in managing concept/corporate sales and/or marketing in an FMCG/Consumer Durables/Business Services environment, account planning in advertising.
