Responsibilities: - Experience in managing and maintaining Crusher Plants and should be capable of handling any difficult situations - Strong knowledge in equipment maintenance and crushing process of aggregates. - Should have excellent organizing and problem solving ability - Commitment to accuracy, quality and detail while meeting goals or deadlines - Should be able to implement system enhancements in order to operate safely, maintain quality, meet and or exceed production requirements, and maintain environmental compliance. - Ensure preventive maintenance is done to assure plant is efficient and properly utilized. - Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be a team player. - Experience in budget, forecast and costing. - Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats and be good in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Prepare monthly reports and all MIS reports. - Ensure Quarrying is done as per specified norms. - Should be able to deal and liaison with required Govt agencies.
