It charges the merchants a marketing fee for sales driven at the outlets, and shares part of the fee with consumers as cashback.  Crown It is product by Gold VIP Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Gurgaon, India.   Responsibilities : Marketing Manager  - Plan marketing and branding objectives.  - Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.  - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.  - Perform ATL and BTL marketing activities  - Organize events to raise brand awareness and for user activation  - Prepare and adhere to budgets.  - Oversee creation and delivery of print ads, press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.  - Ensure brand messages are consistent.  - Gather and analyze customer insight.  - Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.  - Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.  - Alliances with other organizations for brand building and user activation  Required Education & Experience :   - Keen interest in new-company environment, energetic and target driven  - Should be innovative, initiative and process oriented, analytical with strong people management skills  - MBA with minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing  - Experience in ATL and BTL marketing is must  - Experience in events is must  - Candidates based in Delhi / NCR should apply
