Designation : Manager - User Acquisition

Responsibilities :

- Drive user acquisition through digital marketing channels with focus on FB and Google

- Should have experience of driving hyper local app installs for a city wise business model

- Should have good handle on attribution tools like Appsflyer, Apsalar etc. Also working knowledge of app analytic platform like Flurry, Localytics etc

- Own all mobile marketing activities: including user acquisition - ad/campaign creation, optimization and budget allocation

- Monitor, track and report on digital/mobile marketing metrics. Develop and manage mobile app marketing strategies

- Track the progress and success of all A/B, multivariate tests. Make analytical, data driven recommendations

- Interact and directly manage partners, affiliates and agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI

- Knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, measurement tools and related analytic services

Candidate Should have:

- Understand, and is comfortable taking a leading role in mobile marketing strategy,

- Understand Google Analytics and media analytics platforms

- Understanding/knowledge of SEM, AdWords, Facebook Ads and conversion optimization

- Extremely detail-oriented and exceptionally organized

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once

- Is results-driven and have a passion for pursuing audacious goals.

- Positive, - can-do- attitude and are comfortable working in a flat, dynamic and culturally diverse team.

- Entrepreneurial in spirit, thrive in a fast paced environment and be be comfortable in a flat organizational structure.

- Bachelor's Degree from Premium College or MBA from accredited college.

- Start-up experience will be a plus. Preferred to have experience of working with some internet company.

- Only Delhi / NCR should apply.
