Crown-it provides technology to local businesses to run marketing programs to attract consumers. It charges the merchants a marketing fee for sales driven at the outlets, and shares part of the fee with consumers as cashback.

Responsibilities :
- Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual outlet signup targets defined for the assigned categories
- Set up clear account management processes with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of the outlets
- Expected to be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and track sales funnel to make sure that conversion cycle is optimized
- Should be able to establish focus for the team, implement strategy and develop new markets and grow the existing market
- Develop monthly and quarterly sales plan for each category and to make sure that plan is executed to closure
- Would be responsible for managing a team of 8-12 sales guys
Required Education & Experience :
- Keen interest in startup environment, energetic and target driven
- Should be innovative, initiative and process oriented, analytical with strong people management skills
