Job Summary: The Associate Director/ Director Inside Sales will be responsible for generating sales from new and existing clients our ideal leaders are self-starters who embrace ambiguity think big and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence. Principle Accountability's : - Drive our rapidly growing business through the inside sales team and help it achieve larger scale own and hit exceed monthly quarterly annual sales targets. - Develop a strong inside sales strategy with a focus on strengthening existing client relationships while generating sales from new leads. - Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure increased sales and brand consistency - Design and implement sales targets for the team and identify improvements needed in sales processes. - Consistently evaluate the teams capabilities providing training and motivation to achieve targets Structure and implement sales targets for the team members and develop lucrative incentive plans. - Ensure that company meets or exceeds its revenue and profitability goals Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Primary Relationships : - The position reports Chief Revenue Officer - This position works closely with Internal team and Customers Best fit profile : - 8+ Year experience in Inside Sales (Preferably Saas based Products) - Results oriented professional with good relationship skills. - Indepth knowledge and experience in sales with excellent closing and negotiation skills. - Excellent business and people judgment capabilities - Proven ability to plan forecast and manage resources Compensation and benefits.
