Job Title: AVP - Analytics Team: Customer Success Location: Bangalore Job Summary: Oversee the ideation, development, and implementation of strategies and programs to demonstrate business impact to the customers from CropIn product(s), which will drive maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, renewal and upsell/cross-sell. Principle Accountabilities - Ownership of demonstrating quantifiable business impact to the customers from CropIn product(s) - based on the customer's business process and outcomes before and after engagement with CropIn. - Put in place the right program structure, process and tools for transforming existing customer data on CropIn platform, drive business impact analysis and deliver actionable business insights for customers. - Work with clients to understand their business impact goals/KPIs that can be supported from CropIn platform. - Work with marketing team on delivering customer case studies with quantitative and qualitative elements. - Work different internal teams - Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Data Science and Engineering. - Ownership of delivering custom reports to clients on time and with high quality. Discuss custom reports requirements with clients and do feasibility analysis. - Manage an internal team of Business Analyst and Tech team (Tech Team Lead, Developers and QA) for delivering custom reports. - Travel to client locations (including international locations) as needed. Primary Relationships - The position reports Chief Customer Officer - This position works closely with Internal teams and Customers Best fit profile - 12-14 years overall experience with the last 5+ years in client facing big data analytics role. - Should be a pro-active, self-motivated, energetic, ambitious and mature person who is result oriented with extensive Analytical experience. - Experience and knowledge of best practices in Customer Success Team - A mix of BI, Data science, analytics, and custom reports skill sets - Team management experience is required and international clients experience is a plus - Agri/FMCG industry experience and analytic experience in multiple industry verticals preferable - Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills (high EQ) - Comfortable presenting to all levels of management and working within a matrix organization - Should be ready to work with an IT start-up. - Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, any specialized course in Analytics/Data Science would be a plus.
