The position shall be responsible for developing and driving strategies and business plan for the assigned crop segment, there by contributing to business growth. The position shall also drive the product of sale selected product.

1. Lead the development of strategies, and business plan for the crop.

2. Act as a crop specialist.

3. Collaborate with existing team

4. Managing operational and financial responsibility.

5. 3/5 years of experience in sales or marketing of agro chemical is must

6. Responsible for attending the meetings conducted by organization.

7. Responsible for increase the revenue of organization by their creative ideas and inputs.
