Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is majorly focused on L&D Aspect & minorly on HRBP.
Candidate having major experience in L&D Profile only needs to apply.
1. Job Holder is responsible for end to end L&D Management which includes initiation, intervention and implementation which will be linked to Business & Organizational Growth Journey.
2. Create and execute learning strategies and programs
3. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
4. Conduct skills gap analyses
5. Map out long-term training plans for internal teams
6. Assess the impact of training on employee performance
7. Liaise with external partners and outsource training, as needed
8. Proven experience as an L&D Trainer, Training Manager or similar
9. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
10. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Nature of Experience:
1. Solid experience in capability building for at least 3-4 years
2. Prior experience as HRBP would be highly desirable

4. Evidence of stability with good performance and growth
Experience:
At least 6-7 years (if premier B-School)
At least 10-12 years (if non-premier B-School)
