General Manager - Trade Marketing

Role : To plan and drive trade marketing agendas for PAN India.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Managing annual budgeting and cost optimizing for PLs and all the channel partners with the finance team.

2. Working with the product marketing and sales team for achieving the sales targets.

3. Managing all BTL promotional activities.

4. Responsible for managing loyalty programs for all direct channel partners / retailers etc. - "Crompton Konnect Program"

5. To drive market visits with sales team to achieve trade marketing objectives.

6. Working with cross functional team like Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing etc. to achieve organizational goals.
