Job Responsibilities:

Brand Management :

1. Brand Custodian, Advertising, Communication, Media Strategy and Planning and PR

2. To coordinate on developing and executing the marketing & branding strategies.

3. To conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

4. To develop brand manual with detailed brand communication & brand identity usage guidelines and ensure implementation ensuring compliance across channels.

5. To develop, update and recreate brand book, brand legacy story board and other periodic initiatives to establish a strong brand ownership & pride in the minds of all stakeholders - management board, employees, distributors and customers

Brand Communication and Creative design

1. To define the core brand communication, brand positioning to ensure higher brand connect & engagement with the audience.

2. To work constantly on innovative creative and communication strategies to ensure brand leadership and higher brand recall with the audience

Financial Management :

1. To develop annual marketing calendar & budget for corporate, brand and each category / product with a detailed list of promotions, campaigns, festive offers, ATL & BTL activities.

2. Closely monitor performance of marketing campaigns & promotions, ensure adherence to approved budgets and evaluate return on expenditure. Recommend changes & moderations to campaigns / promotions to avoid budget leakage and to optimise returns.

Media:

1. Planning, Buying, Scheduling and Execution of media calendar, digital marketing plan and online reputation management.

2. Develop, Monitor & Execute campaign budgets.

3. Have good understanding of media analytics and can guide the media agency to deliver annual plans and execute strategy with clear and measurable ROI objectives by monitoring and analyzing performance of campaigns against set KPI s/Metrics.

Integration and alignment with Marketing Modules :

1. To ensure compliance and update or corporate & product website and social media platforms with brand communication and design as per the guidelines

2. Work closely with digital, content, communication, promotional teams to ensure consistency of communication, design, promotions, offers across channels & campaigns.

3. Liaison with sales team / category heads in ensuring communication, creative design and promotions alignment with the market and sales.
