- Defines the product vision in alignment to the organization vision, market perspective and technology
- Builds the business case and value potential for each feature
- Collaborates with the business team and stakeholders to develop the product roadmap and identifies the epics to enhance the product performance in alignment to the defined product vision and the business priorities
- Establishes the Product KPIs and uses analytical tools to measure and monitor the product performance to in the customer journeys
- Implement the roadmap with the continuous value-based prioritization working with the stake holders
- Ensures the operational readiness of the product
- Responsible for the overall TCO of the product against the values delivered
