Objective:
- The Employee Engagement Manager will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new engagement strategy, core channels and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work on Employer Branding.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies via Social Media and Digital Marketing Channels.
- The role will be responsible for communications and engagement for internal stakeholders, oversee our business as usual internal communications and engagement - ranging from the intranet, e-newsletter to reward & recognition programs and events - and take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- To assist Head- HR COE in the delivery of objectives of the HR excellence and to ensure continually working towards the commitments set out in the People Plan
- Experience in area of Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding
- Assist in driving Diversity & Inclusion charter for the organization
- Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Drive various Employee Resource Groups like Diversity, Health & Wellness & Engagement
- Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services.
- To establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvements can be made
- Develop & Drive Rewards & Recognition program for the organization
- Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
- Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.
- Ownership of change management initiatives and stakeholders alignment.
- Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow.
Skills & Experience Required :
The incumbent is required to have :
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong track record in Employee Engagement
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory
- Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Specialist
