Qualification Experience & Skills Required :
- Full time MBA / Post Graduation in HR with 5+ years of experience as HR Business Partner in Service industry.
- HR experience in roles with increasing complexity and scope, and solid understanding of HR fundamentals.
- Passionate about the business and partnering with employees to deliver on business results
- Ability to influencing people managers on a range of business / people issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance
- Strong relationship skills, and Ability to collaborate with stakeholders for effective problem resolution and change management
- Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with managers and employees

Roles & Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Facilitate interactions with employees on a regular basis in different forums
- To facilitate as a mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances
- Responsible for Onboarding of new joiners
- Prepare and execute action plan for the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.
- Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement
- Understand voice of employees and roll out corrective/developmental actions that have a positive impact of employee engagement and thereby productivity & retention
- Design/co-create people programs for the Corporate functions based on their unique needs and key business goals
- Managing exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates
HR Processes/ Policies:
- Ensure adherence to all HR processes & policies
- Working collaboratively with HR COE to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives
- Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence and efficiencies for employees and HR
- Support implementation of change management strategies to support critical evolution of the business and achieve desired business results that are sustainable over time
Performance Management & Talent Retention:
- Execute performance management process for Corporate functions, Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes, eg. quarterly talent reviews, promotions, annual compensation planning
- Establish best implementable HR practices based on facts and figures for employee success.
