Croma - Manager - Franchisee Development

- Identifying and on boarding potential franchisee partners in line with Croma's expansion plan

- Creating business case for upcoming FOCO store in the catchment

- Coordinating with franchisee and allied team within Croma for finalisation of FOCO property

- Negotiation & deal closure with franchisee partner and handling of allied legal formalities & documentation

- Coordinating with allied teams within Croma to ensure timely completion of FOCO store project as per agreed timelines

- Maintain the relationship with existing franchise and help in solving their concern if any with internal team.

- Dealing with external agencies for generating new leads

- Completing the documentation for on-boarding & running the franchise business.
