Business Development Manager - Assisted Shopping
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow business through assisted shopping initiatives across channels. These initiatives would include chat, audio, video based assistance as well as assistance across customer touchpoints -both offline and online
- Manage the P&L and customer experience for these initiatives
- Adapt these initiatives for various customer offerings like for T2+ penetration, in-store assistance, driving conversion online
- Ensure right product offering in close association with product, design teams
- Ensure right merchandise, store planning, staff onboarding and training of staff to ensure high NPS ad converison
- Liaise with Cross functional teams like customer service, product, design for reimagination of these initiatives and drive revenue scaleup as well as customer experience enhancement
Skills Required :
- Post Graduate with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in strategy consulting or experience in setup & scale up of new businesses preferred
- Excellent Communication skills & ability to work with cross functional teams and drive desired output
- Strong business acumen & comfort with understanding technology and digital products
- Proficiency with Excel modelling, Powerpoint and other MS office tools
- Customer Orientation, flexibility & adaptability, creative bent of mind
- Strategic & proactive thinker with results orientation
