Lead- Website Operations

1. Responsible for website content to ensure websites are always accurate and up to date.

2. Use online content management tools and create processes to support each brands' needs, ensuring on time and accurate execution on all websites.

3. Responsible for a flawless execution of merchandising promotional calendars by working closely with Brand Managers, Digital Merchandisers and coordinating design, marketing and eCommerce work.

4. Oversee the QA of product content, both for existing and new products, to ensure relevance and accuracy on website.

5. Regularly review customers' journey through the site recommending adjustments in order to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

6. Proactively monitor websites and executes needed audits, working closely with Web QA team, to ensure accurate and complete site information.

7. Plan and manage website maintenance plan and activities

8. Designs and optimizes processes for collecting data and oversees the analysis of eCommerce reports and tables (using Excel and PowerPoint).

9. Oversees or coordinates various eCommerce optimization projects.

Team Management :

1. Maintain eCommerce team results by developing, coaching, and counseling employees; and planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

2. Assists in assignment of tasks and duties among team members. Included assessing the productivity of team members.
