Lead Events & Activations
Responsibilities -
- He /she will own the events / activation calendar for the year
- Bring alive the spirit of the brand through engaging events and activation ideas
- Plan events & activation across our key markets and cities
- Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms
- Manage all event co-ordinations (Liaison between agencies and internal teams)
- Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems, if any
- Evaluate the success of the events and activation initiatives
Requirements :- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in an Events agency or with a brand
- A solid understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement and best practices
- A passion for creating & delivering innovative ideas and experiences
- Good communication skills
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- MBA or Degree in Events Management preferred
