Lead Business Operations

- Croma (Infiniti Retail) is looking to hire an experienced manager to join its digital merchandizing team - which handles the online sales & operations for Croma. This is a rapidly expanding and agile team which is responsible for achieving online sales targets by closely monitoring market trends, understanding customer needs and interacting with other teams to deliver the best experience to the customers.

- In this role, the candidate will act as a bridge between senior management and category executives in ensuring that relevant data, KPIs, dashboards and reports are easily accessible to all. They will support the teams in decision making by generating actionable insights from internal and external data.

- The candidate should be comfortable with data & analytics, and should have solid communication skills. Prior experience in retail/ ecommerce industry is desirable but not mandatory. They should also be able to manage 1-2 resources who will help them with the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities :

Project Management

a. Collaborate with digital merchandising/ marketing and understand campaigns for the month

b. Break all campaigns into timelines with stakeholders and timelines

c. Manage projects with key stakeholders in and outside the team - ensure timely completion

Monitoring

a. Follow-up & ensure timelines are being followed by stakeholders

b. Raise red flags where there are risks or timeline are not missed

c. Identify new opportunities to increase sales, product conversion and customer engagement

d. Publish daily/weekly dashboards on projects where timelines where missed

e. Modify project timelines as per past learnings

Reports & MIS:

a. Pull data from various sources and collate as per request by the team for BAU work

b. Publish profitwatch & other dashboards on time as per requirement

c. Have data points ready & prepare miscellaneous decks (without insights primarily) as requested by the category leads as per request


Customer Experience:

a. Ensure delivery dates on site is correct orders are being delivered on time with logistics

b. Pincode checker with logistics

c. Monitor returns & cancellations reason & drive different stakeholders to optimize

d. Monitor bulk orders cancellation with digital merchandising & insights team

e. Populate T&Cs & FAQs for campaigns in collaboration with teams

Skills and competencies :

- Overall experience of 4-5 years; Experience in ecommerce/retail industry preferred

- Excellent academic record with an MBA from a Top B-school preferred

- Prior experience of handling a 1-2 member team preferred

- Expertise in handling and analyzing large amounts of data

- Expertise in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) is mandatory

- Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics is preferred

- Excellent communication skills and the ability for multitasking

- Ability to take end-to-end ownership and work in a dynamic environment
