Croma - Landlord Relationship Manager - New Store Franchise (10-20 yrs)
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with landlords to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the landlord needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between landlord and internal teams
- Develop a detailed project plan for New store opening to track progress
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of New store (COCO/FOCO) openings
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Resolving issues pertaining to store under the purview of the landlord
- Supporting New initiatives which would need Landlords intervention at the store
- Timely closure of queries/ issues raised by the central IRL team
- Completing the documentation for on-boarding & running the franchise business.
