Croma - eCommerce Program Manager

Croma is looking to hire dynamic data analysts for their E-Commerce function - which handles online sales and related operations. We are looking for candidates with strong operations and technical skills to drive marquee critical business initiatives for Croma.

This role will involve extensive stakeholder management, process excellence and identifying areas of improvement. The end goal is to create, develop and drive solutions which translates into better customer experience.

Key Resposnilblites:

1) Responsible for Express Delivery - a marquee of Croma on a pan-India scale. Ensure inventory checks are in place, Logistics SLAs are adhered to and customer experience is enhanced

2) Driving other key initiatives like NPS, Exchange, etc. for Croma, by working with a dynamic partner ecosystem to drive speed and quality execution

3) Engage fully and deep dive into processes, highlight variations and identify corresponding root causes to define best in class practices

4) Cross tab data (structured and unstructured) across multiple sources and channels to provide holistic reporting (via dashboards) and analysis to solve complex business issues

5) Complete ownership of business performance, new features, and processes for E-Commerce @ Croma via constant performance monitoring
