Croma - eCommerce Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with logistics provider in partnership with FC & CS team

2. Improve on CX/NPS, delivery performance and speed for pan India e-commerce business operations

3. Owner of strategic projects in transport management & logistics KPI

4. Event based manpower , fleet, training, resource planning

5. Able to address operational issues daily basis affecting service KPIs

6. Proactively manages experience impact and mitigation actions planning

7. Own performance metrics - cost , speed , quality with LSPs & internal parameters

8. Gap identification in process and success metrics to arrest defects

9. Business rule setting and ensure due communications down-line

10. Assist Croma to expand business footprint across geographies

Desired Skills :

1. Logistics operations experience is a must

2. 4-6 yrs in B2C ecommerce - first /last mile or middle mile

3. Strong in analytics

a. Arrest data defects

b. And defects identified with data

4. Able to handle multiple stakeholders and priority

5. Should be from Tier-1/Tier-2 / IIT or NIT
