Digital Campaign Manager
KRA:
- Planning, managing and executing promotional campaigns on croma.com
- Drawing on previous experiences uses a variety of approaches to identify right campaigns that will drive maximum traffic to the website resulting in conversion
- Assist in coaching, managing, and educating Category Managers with post campaign analysis.
- Identifying new growth strategies and executing them
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing page for various campaigns and optimize user experience.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel
- Bringing together all marketing efforts like social, performance, CLM, ATL in context of croma.com
- Working on tactic from omni channel approach
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns on the site and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with leading ecommerce brand
- MBA from reputed college
- Understand website metrics and best practices
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, social, SEO etc will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
- High creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
