Requirements: - You will be responsible for all activities related to engaging & retaining a customer to improve their lifetime value and overall experience with our brand. - Ideate and execute new initiatives and campaigns that drive increase engagement and repeat revenue. - As a manager in a fast-paced e-commerce, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success. - Highly analytical and able to extract learnings, insights, narratives etc. from data - Manage and optimize customer retention & experience programs like Loyalty and Referral - Continually optimize relevant metrics and identify room for growth and innovation - Increase retention rate and repeat rate with deep consumer understanding and the ability to combine consumer learnings. - Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with relevant stakeholders. - Own and execute the process from Acquisition, Conversion & retention. - Drive growth and numbers for the business through solid understanding of analytics and data mining - Segment customer base on the basis of transaction / purchase behaviour and design effective reach out programs for them in the form of promotions / digital marketing campaigns. - Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business - Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI. - Understand and work closely with Product and Analytics teams to be able enable outcomes for Growth - Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising. - Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features). Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly. Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly Skills & Qualifications: - 4-6+ years independently driving customer retention initiatives in a digital first environment. - Comfort with common CRM tools like CleverTap, Moengage and Webengage - Managed a team of Copy, content & creative in the past stints - Ideal fit would be candidates from Modern Generation Consumer Internet company - Candidates with Marketing agency background would be a plus .
