The primary role of the Technical Project Manager would be to give a road map towards technological advancement for the Organization. He would be responsible for implementing all of the technical solution to the company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understands a broad spectrum of company requirements in order to provide a detailed technical solution which meets the growing demands.

- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases

- Able to guide the team through the development and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively

- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration

- Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation

- Manage, mentor and develop project team members in line with growth aspirations of both individual and organization

- Project scheduling and resource management

- Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects

- Ensure all deliverables are in line with expected quality

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech with 4 to 5 year experience as Technical Project Manager

- First division (60%) in Xth and XIIth, B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

- 7+ year experience is software Development is must.

Skills required:

- Project management skills- Planning, Organizing, Risk identification and mitigation, delivery quality and timelines

- Strong people management and team management skills

- 7+ years of relevant experience in .Net (Visual Studio 3.5 or greater) and/or SQL technology.

- Handling complex enterprise projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skill.

- Ability to deliver on timeliness

- Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of global best practices in CRM space will be added advantage
