Education: Any graduate (Preference is Engineering graduate) + MBA (optional)

Special Skills: IT software product sales/ IT software solution Sales/Enterprise Solution Sales/CRM Sales experience.

Incumbent will be responsible for nation-wide revenues for this business vertical. He will be responsible for putting in place a business development strategy; building an approach to identifying and reaching out to large prospects; creating a network of relevant channel partners; meeting prospects; pitching and generating business. Besides revenue ownership, he will also contribute actively to product development and engaging with the delivery team to ensure satisfactory delivery of services.

Incumbent will be responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships.

Required skills and experience:

- Direct sales experience in BFSI domain is mandatory - Minimum 3 year experience in selling IT software product sales/ IT software solution Sales/Enterprise Solution Sales/CRM Sales experience.

- Candidate should have extensive network/connects in the SAARC region with BFSI C level contacts

- At least 2-3 years of large account management skills

- Should have traveled extensively and managed SAARC region

- Ticket size should be approx. 1 + Cr.

- Experience in handling Microsoft dynamics CRM, Siebel CRM, Sales force CRM will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication, presentation & inter-personal skills

- Ability to build CXO relationship
