ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Experience in Project Delivery of at least 1 CRM across Sales, Service, Marketing modules.

- Product and Solution Consulting for prospects in the BFSI domain

- RFP management - Actively involved with the sales team in various aspect of the pre-sales cycle including - Gathering market competition and customer information, Responding to RFPs/RFIs


- Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of customer

- Coordinate with different internal/external teams to identify the business pains to offer a solution in line with the client project requirement.

- Create Storyboard for Product Demonstrations

- Create Pitch Decks - Product/Solution Presentations for BFSI prospects.

- Business value creation & ROI.

- Solution presentation including Presales activity as well as a basic product demo, check on the Solution viability.

- Worked as a liaison among business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goal

- Sales Consulting for Global prospects across SAARC, Middle East, SEA, Africa regions

- Support CRMNEXT product sales as a techno-functional and domain expert

- Responsible for creation of Storyboards for Product/Solution Demonstrations.

- Responsible for Creation of Pitch Decks - Product/Solution Presentations for BFSI prospects.

- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers business challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs

- Solely responsible to lead the team for RFP management


- Gathering market competition and customer information, Respond to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation

- Coordinate with different internal/external teams to identify the business pains to offer a solution in line with the client project requirement.

- New requirements to the product team about product enhancements that address customer needs and drive additional business value

ROLE EXPECTATION:

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

- 5+ years of presales solution consulting experience in the BFSI domain for CRM software industry/banking applications in Sales Automation, Service Automation or

- Proficiency with the CRM platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions

- Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting to business and technical decision-makers

- The ability to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision and is a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented

- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services

- Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organization

- A high degree of passion, energy, drive, and willingness to travel
