We are currently hiring for Lead / Assistant Manager - Talent & Learning to steer our L&D function, which is responsible for the design & execution of all learning programs from new hire onboarding to leadership development. Responsibility: - Managing the training portfolio for all grades - Facilitating and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences. - Flexibility and a sense of humour are a must. - Driving the training culture and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability. - Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their team and training requirements - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development. - Embracing different styles of Induction & training techniques, including e-learning, Instructor Led learning or coaching. - Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent and ensure training is aligned to support the plan. - Ability to develop training materials/Modules/Videos (presentations, web-based trainings, E-learning, certification trainings) - Excellent interpersonal and representational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently. - Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity. - Fast learner, Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented. - Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking - Previous experience in training development in a product / software / organization - a good to have. - Vendor Management & stakeholder Management. - Spearhead the Graduate Trainee Program for the organization. Key Skills Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in different training roles. - Experience with L&D tools & systems. - Exposure into Partnering with external vendors. - Sense of ownership and pride in your own & overall team performance and its impact on company's success.
