We are hiring for Key Account Manager with prior experience into (CRM Consulting/ CRM Sales/ Presales).

Experience- 9-13 years

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, MBA (Optional)

Job Description:

- Develop new business through existing accounts by having an understanding of the customer's business, identify and explore commercial opportunities with the accounts.

- Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare plans, encompassing sales and pricing activities, to maximize opportunities and value for both parties.

- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

- Understand and clearly articulate CRMNEXT value proposition

Desired Profile: 

- Must have been into Customer facing roles.

- Must have CRM implementation experience (functional). Large CRM implementation experience of products like Siebel is needed with flare for sales.

- Good consulting experience

- Good experience into CRM Sales/ Business development.

- Presales experience into CRM Or BFSI domain.

- Should have good experience in managing and leading high performing teams

- Experience of proposal preparation, contract discussion and negotiation

Person Specification:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High on energy

- Extrovert - Does not mind calling new / unknown people

- Strong achievement orientation

- Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment.
