Responsibilities?

- Understand the Business needs, propose learning solutions.

- Propose ID strategy for transformation from offline learning formats to eLearning formats

- Build, manage and mentor the Content team

- Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, SMEs for content creation, chunking, reviews etc.

- Develop storyboards for different delivery mediums (WBTs, vILTs, Videos, Games, Simulations, Blended learning solutions) keeping in mind user profile & technology

- eLearning design of Technical and Systems simulation training

- Handle customised ID projects independently.

- Handle a team of writers to execute projects and to provide end-to-end learning solution

- Manage client (internal & external) expectations.

What are we looking for?

- Skilled in ID principles such as Blooms's levels of taxonomy, ADDIE model, Adult Learning principles (Andragogy), Kirkpatrick etc.

- Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities), e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training

- Must have some visual design (media development) experience and should be able to work with some graphic team closely

- Experience with video-based training

- Experience of Technical and Systems simulation training will be preferred

- Should be acquainted with working with LMS and understand its basic principles

- Ability to work with content publishing tools like Articulate will be a bonus
