About the Role:

The role sits within the leadership team of the Key Accounts Management Organisation, and the mission is to transform the way our customers work, to lead them through their digital transformation, and support their business outcomes, Improve Experience for our customers, and their users, to get the best user experience for the customers.

Responsibilities/What You- ll Do:

- Provide input to the organization's strategic initiatives and drive these with the team

- Take ownership of your accounts, be the advocate for, and champion their needs

- Work with cross-functional teams to own and ensure customer deployments are completed quickly and efficiently

- Through monthly and quarterly interaction become the trusted advisor to your customers

- Work with the Customer to understand and ensure their business objectives are realized.

- Through interaction with the Customers, Operational, Management, and Director/CxO levels, ensure all are able to see the value of the service

- As trusted advisor recommend ways your customer can get more value from the service.

- Ensure you are aware of your customer's pain points and coordinate cross-functional teams to get the customer the best outcome.

- Drive behavior, motivate, and above all, support the existing KAM team - coach them, contribute to customer pursuits, get your hands dirty - whatever it takes

- Work closely with the Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers to drive project and engagement plans with clients

What we are seeking:

For this position, we are primarily looking for people who :

- Have Large CRM project implementation experience (products like Siebel, MS Dynamics) with flare for sales

- Are able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference able customers.

Desired Skills

- CRM implementation experience (functional)

- Has been in a customer facing role

- Has had experience of consulting

- Passion and commitment for customer success.

- Strong Communication and presentation skills with ability to handle tough discussions and negotiations

- High level of energy and an extrovert

- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.

- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
