CRM Specialist  Our Client is seeking a CRM Specialist to ensure the successful implementation and use of a new CRM platform.   Company: - Established in 1991, they pioneered the concept of cruise vacations in India, and is today the largest seller of cruises in the country.   A leading travel marketing company, they are headquartered in New Delhi.  A company had a Turnover of USD 30 million last year and has 80 employees.  Position Description :  - The CRM Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and management of a new CRM platform for approximately 75 users.  - The CRM Specialist will manage the platform on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that individual users can productively manage their sales contacts, leads, opportunities, and accounts and that the company has visibility into sales pipelines.   - The specialist will support and execute email and other digital marketing programs consistent with firm and practice marketing goals.  - The position requires hands-on database management including data import and export, data quality assurance, deduplication, segmentation, and campaign execution. The CRM Specialist will develop and implement a contact acquisition strategy and ensure the proper data security.  - The CRM specialist will be responsible for training users in the platform, identifying best practices, monitoring use, and coaching users to achieve the greatest value from the CRM functionality.  - The candidate should be highly organized with strong analytical skills, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. The CRM Specialist will have a highly visible role with key leaders and will work closely with practice teams across the organization.  Position Responsibilities :  - Work with partners and senior staff in all regions to understand their requirements and issues and recommend solutions consistent with the functionality of the CRM platform.  - Work with the CRM solution provider to decide on the CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer lifecycle.  - Set up users, teams, and roles; configure CRM dashboards; configure fields and layout for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads.  - Create workflows; build basic reports.  - Maximize adoption and use of the platform, providing training and one-on-one coaching for users.  - Ensure consistency across regions and practices in CRM use (i.e., naming conventions, style sheets, the definition of opportunity pipeline stages, capturing win/loss data, account management tools).  - Develop reports and tools to forecast monthly consulting revenue.  - Segment the database for targeted marketing activities.  - Working with the COO to develop and manage the tactical execution of specific email marketing communication campaigns through the CRM platform; conduct A/B testing; monitor campaign execution, measure results and generate reports.  - Manage multiple projects simultaneously.  - Provide day-to-day platform support which will include data entry and data cleaning.  Essential Skills and Experience :  - 5+ years in a similar CRM related role, with experience implementing a CRM platform. Should have Proficiency in any standard CRM platform and in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).  - Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects to completion with extreme attention to detail.  - Ability to not only drive change, but also collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals in the organizations. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment; ability to balance multiple projects and priorities; flexibility to change directions quickly  - Experience in data analysis - reviewing and generating actionable insights from data.  - Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
