Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and manage innovative customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs from concept creation to launch and optimization across all customer touch points. Outreach channels include email, SMS, push notifications, web and mobile
- Partner with the Business Intelligence and Category Management teams to glean insights from research and analytics for application to CRM program. Analyze and report program results across key metrics, turning analysis into insights for customer program enhancements & refinements
- Get stakeholders engaged in developing overall e-mail and customer relationship strategies for each stage of the users lifecycle
- Manage email lists and databases, develop critical segmentation strategies
- Harder, better, faster, stronger: optimize results through continuous testing & data analysis
- Show off your success in regular reports to management

Skills/Experience Requirements :
- Experience with various marketing channels (email, SMS, mobile, push notifications); mobile experience preferred
- Have exceptional writing and communication skills
- Be able to analyze data, identify key insights, and communicate those insights succinctly
- Bring a strong track record of translating market and customer insight into action plans
- Know the various aspects of database marketing like the back of your hand
