CRM- Manager : Opportunity with a Leading Real Estate Client in Bangalore:

Key KRAs:

- Leading Customer Relationship Management Division ensuring all activities in furtherance of Sales Administration functions and effectively meeting out Service level expectations.

- Coordinating & managing project launches through interfacing with multiple internal departments

- Maintaining post-sale Collections and revenue recovery from allottees

- Overseeing the preparation of daily MIS reports and ensuring stream-lined cash-flow as per the budget

- Ensuring execution of all Back-Office Sales Administration operations like prompt issuance of Allotment letters, agreements.

- Timely dispatch of all post-sale revenue realization devices like demand notes, reminders and notices for recovery if required.

- Ensuring mandatory legal compliances in all transactions through effective SOP compliance and continuous improvement in processes

- Documentation of preparation and printing of Booking Applications, Buyers' agreements, MoUs etc for existing as well as new projects

- Establishing effective relationship with Channel partners and commission payouts' management.

- Conceptualizing, implementing & monitoring schemes to incentives Channel Partners & Sales Personnel.

- Maintaining all customer and brokers accounts in liaison with the Accounts Department, ensuring timely bank reconciliations , internal & external statutory audits

- Maintaining proactive interface with Design, Projects and Sales & Marketing deptt to ensure timely redressal of issues queried by the allottees

Salary:

INR 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A. This is an immediate opportunity, Incumbents from the Real Estate industry experience from Bangalore apply

- Preparing periodical cash flow, fund flow related statements for Monthly Sales, Purchase, Budget, Plan, Cash Flow, Fund Flow Reports, Monthly Stock Report etc.

- Supervising the preparation of MIS reports related Real Estate Sales, Debtors Ageing etc.

- Provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. monthly profitability & turnover as per the requirement of Management.
