CRM Manager/Business Analyst - FinTech/Investment Banking

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute CRM strategies on Hubspot

- Manage customer data, ensuring data hygiene at all points

- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams by helping them execute strategic projects

- Work with executives on strategic initiatives

- Prepare dashboards and reports to track progress

- Lead review calls with executives and stakeholders

- Train and coach employees on CRM best practices

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

- Work with the pre-sales team to mine secondary data from the web to be fed to the Business Development team

Who are we looking for

- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, sales, marketing, IT, or other related fields

- Experience in business development or client relationships

- Experience in banking or a financial services industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
