Role Title: CRM Functional Consultant
Location : Bangalore
Experience of working in the financial domain (Capital Markets / Asset Management Systems, Operations / Investment Banking)
To be a part of CRM Implementation Project team, support Functional customisation were required, and perform many of the back-office support tasks required for a successful CRM implementation. The ideal candidate should have a previous experience with CRM systems particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. As well as a strong business analytical background, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data clean up as necessary.
1. Data migration into MS CRM
2. Work as part of CRM Implementation project team to help implement a centralised CRM system and contribute towards the stability and vision of the application based on the feedback from the business end users. The CRM consultant will focus on the following back-office functions:
a. Data quality improvement:
i. Analysis: Evaluate the completeness of the account and contact referential
ii. Cleansing: Find and correct duplicate data
iii. Enrichment: Merge data files to add information to empty data fields
b. Testing support:
i. Perform user acceptance tests
ii. Validate the UAT with the business
iii. Support the Business during the UAT phase
c. Documentation support:
i. Document all the performed tests
ii. Create or complete the CRM functional documents
3. Conduct business process analysis and investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes.
4. Solution designing to address client business, interface and performance requirements.
