Role Purpose The Position is expected to bring focus on structured training program within the organization, so that over the next couple of years - a synergy is built up, which not only aligns the philosophy and culture of this organization but also create meritocracy, skill and effectiveness throughout the organizational structure. This should also help in creating pride in the organization, building successful career and increase employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Skill Mapping

- Definition of required skills for each role.

- Skill proficiency required for each role.

- Mapping of people skills to required role skills

- Identification of gaps and TNI

- Identification, Design and Implementation of development programs to bridge the gap.

2. Training Need Analysis and Implementation

- Training needs to be identified through Skills gaps, Performance gaps and future role development needs.

- Training needs to be captured through the Training calendar for the Organization.

- Design and review of content and delivery of functional and behavioral training programs.

- Measurement of the effectiveness of training programs.

- Tracking of attendance and feedback against each training program conducted.

3. Culture Building

- Identification of our core values and culture.

- Effectively communicating positive performance oriented culture and its underlying values.

- Ensuring awareness and alignment of culture with our values.

4. Orientation and Induction

- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.

- Design the input into content and how to evolve to ensure strong first impressions and appropriate learning is provided from day one

5. Team Member Communication

- Educating team members on policy changes and impact.

- Partnering with stakeholders to understand Organizational requirements to be included in communication.

- Handling company wide communication including Newsletter.

6. Training Budget

- Ensuring a blend of internal and external training programs within the training budget.

- Generate analysis of data for business decisions.

- Ensuring qualitative and quantitative ROI on training investments.
