Experience 5 + years of relevant OTC Derivatives experience

Job Duties The Role would be to support the Middle office Team of a leading investment bank in the area of Transaction Reporting & Post Trade Transparency

- Lead and support the team in Reconciliation of transaction data between multiple systems which goes to regulators

- Extensively verifying the quality and completeness of data covering multiple sources within the scope of regulation:

- Ability to grasp and understand the regulatory requirement

- Developing the working models of various controls

- Add enhancements and redefine specifications of reports as required

- Validation of accuracy of Transaction Report data collated

- Set up and daily monitoring and controls for different stakeholders

- Chairing Governance call in providing updates for LOB to report to senior management

- Helping in process automation of reconciliation reports using VBA / SQL

Qualification : MBA with Engineering background.

Candidate with 5+ years of OTC Derivatives experience

Skills required:

- Strong Derivative product knowledge

- Hands on delivery and project management skills

- Very Strong reconciliations skills/ experience.

- Technical skills - Database management & SQL, VBA is an added advantage.

- Ability to lead the team by example.

- Ability to inspire, motivate and manage the team of associates
