Job title : Test analyst - Business readiness/Reference Data  Location : Wroclaw, Poland  Experience : 4 - 7 years  Job Duties   - Should collaborate with Business Analysts and Business user group to ensure completeness of testing to an agreed approach  - Plan testing approach to ensure all IT and UAT teams are well co-ordinated  - Identify and document all testing requirements against the functional changes being implemented in each release  - Understand, document and co-ordinate systems setup required for successful start of UAT cycles  - Plan and provide systems training to end users to ensure readiness for UAT cycles and full go live  - Perform independent testing of significant proportions of functional change alongside user group for each go live  - Logging of all testing defects from performed test cases  - Taking an ownership role in resolution of test cycle defects and seeking to identify optimal solutions to enable timely resolution by IT and change management teams  - Co-ordinate with delivery team to ensure timely completion of business process change documentation, traceability matrix, control model and other go live artifacts and reviews  - Work with IT teams to plan and communicate go live deployment approach and detailed release timelines  - Coordinate the test cycle sign off process through reviews of completed test case  Qualification   - Post graduate degree in Science, Business Administration or Engineering  Skills Required  - Experience working as a Business Analyst or as a test analyst, preferably in an investment bank  - Experience of Reference Data and legal projects is highly desirable  - Experience of front office stakeholder management will be a positive  - Familiarity with IB products and Banking Regulations, Front and Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle  - Understanding of trade related legal document digitization program in an Investment Bank   - Experience in building golden source for processing and storage of all legal agreement document governing trading activity across Investment bank.  - Experience as a test manager with an ability to co-ordinate with IT team on technical testing and design and implement Functional tests (including UAT)  - Ability to define testing approach, design and complete test scenarios and test cases to ensure system readiness to deploy into production  - Understanding of Banking operations, Trade Management systems, and Risk Management systems will be good to have  - Good analytical and problem solving skills along with good verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to work with colleagues across global locations remotely  - The candidate should be process oriented, have attention to detail, and have good time management skills  About CRISIL GR&A: CRISIL Global Research & Analytics (GR&A) is the largest and top-ranked provider of high end research and analytics services to the world's leading commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, corporations, consulting firms, private equity firms and asset management firms.
