Job Title Senior Research Analyst / Research Analyst

Location India (Chennai Preferred)

Experience 2-4 years of experience in Consulting/Investment banking industry with experience in Risk Management/Regulatory or FIN-IT consulting/Change Management or experience in any derivatives processes with more focus on overall business understanding

Job Duties In this role, the candidate would be a part of the Innovation Lab for Risk and Analytics division. The role involves,

- Closely monitoring the developments in the Capital Markets, Investment banking, FIN-IT and regulatory space to identify areas of opportunities/ new capabilities for CRISIL

- Content building on the identified areas including publication of Thought papers, Webinar, Checklists, Prototypes, Tools & Templates, Change management framework etc.

- Assist in driving business strategy by providing solutions on the new areas of opportunities

- Developing responses for request for information and request for proposals along with generation and validation of leads based on business strategy

- Drive Process efficiency efforts for the clients

Qualification - MBA from tier 2 institutes (BIM, LIBA, etc.)

Skills Required - Possess experience in Lean & Six Sigma

- Ability to provide solutions for unstructured problems, an eye for business opportunities coupled with out of the box thinking.

- Content building skills, ability to draw-up slides based on content and excellent communication skill

- Good aptitude and attitude to learn, explore business opportunities for the division, tracking industry and providing information to stakeholders in timely manner

- Good hands on knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with Global markets business (IB Front and Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle process) would be an added advantage

- Ability to deliver relevant solutions quickly by liaising with relevant stakeholders and driving the agenda forward

- Self-motivated team player, taking ownership, being accountable, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent and positive mind-set
