POSITION SUMMARY :&nbsp; Position Senior Consultant Reporting to Associate Director Business CRIS Experience-3-6 years Division Infrastructure Advisory Location - Gurgaon / Mumbai ROLE SUMMARY : - The profile is for Energy sector consulting which primarily involves executing consulting assignments along with supporting Business Development activities. - The scope will involve both Domestic and International geographies and work with a range of clients -Public, Multilateral and Private JOB REQUIREMENTS : The candidate should be acquainted with the power and coal scenario in India and should have understanding on most of the following areas (demonstrated by past work experience): - Policy and Regulatory Scenario in the power (both conventional and renewables) and coal sector - Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Due Diligence - Project structuring/ Transaction advisory - Strategic bid advisory - Tariff determination and regulatory support - Commercial aspects like tariffs, contracts, regulations, fuel prices, etc. particularly linked to conventional power and coal segments - Work on financial and commercial analysis, with ability to critically review sector trends, company financials, regulations, financial projections, sector and company assessments and risk analysis. Essential Qualification : - Work independently on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction / relationship, collections, etc. - Be open to work on assignments unrelated to current domain strengths in the analytical capacity, simultaneously building knowledge / skills in such new areas. - Be open to work on assignments across locations in India and abroad. This would imply a willingness to travel and be stationed at client site depending on the requirements of the assignment. Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant consulting experience Qualification : CA Skills : - Report writing - Presentation - Financial modeling - Data analysis - Ability and comfort in interacting with senior management in Clients/ Key stakeholders
