CRISIL - RM - Analytics - CPG/Retail

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of analysts providing predictive analytics and reporting

- Interface with clients of existing businesses

- Participate in business development activities

- Provide hands-on delivery when required

Target Profile:

- 4-8 years relevant experience in Analytics. 3rd party / non-captive experience an added advantage.

- Premier school Engineering, MBA or Quantitative disciplines.

- People management experience desired but not mandatory

- Must have delivered projects encompassing Predictive Analytics, Descriptive Analytics, Reporting

- Familiarity with common statistical techniques - Basic statistics, regression, forecasting, association analysis.

- Delivered & led projects on one or more of Consumer Analytics Merchandizing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Store Analytics, Supply Chain

- Domain must be from CPG/Retail

- Knowledge of SAS, SQL, XL VBA.

- Intellectual & Analytical horsepower, willing to learn, determined proactive, go getter.
