Regional Manager - BD Capital Markets

JD:

- Handle the sales responsibility in the defined territories/ regions/ client segments.

- Manage and grow the existing large client base with Corporates/NBFCs. Target and pitch to new high value clients/ mandates in existing and new segments.

- Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline for the team.

- Responsible for Funds & Fixed Income Research vertical and identify new business opportunities in this space on a continuous basis and coordinate with the product/ research team to launch new products/variants of existing products.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular meetings with key clients/ senior management of clients. Should be able to network with the industry and be able to call on senior management of clients.

- Strengthen CRISIL Research's franchise.

- Excellent communication skills (letter writing/proposal making skills) and high level of computer literacy (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet, etc.), thorough understanding of the sales process.

- Flair for meeting people, pleasant and presentable, ability to work under pressure in a highly target oriented environment, ability to win trust of customers, ability to negotiate and coordinate with internal and external customers

- Knowledge of the capital markets/fixed income

- Candidates from wealth management, research agencies, PMS background would be preferred
