I am scouting for Project Manager/Business analyst/Reporting analyst In our Pune Hinjewadi office, Please find below write up regarding role : Exp - 5-12 years JD : - Writing Business Requirements Document (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents, User Acceptance Testing and close participation with the line function - The objective was to develop a tool for LCR/NSFR calculation and reporting. - Supported the bank to implement and deliver regulatory reports, and implement its strategic reporting tool - Deployed BA/SBA with regulatory reporting experience to analyse gaps in current legacy processes, and helped in the implementation of the strategic report generation tool - The practice led to improvement in various business processes and analysis: Owned and tested 120 regulatory reports, took formal sign-off from 13 country leads, reconciled data in DWH and streamlined data gaps, and developed dashboard rules - The objective was to set up a hedge accounting practice in compliance with IFRS 9 - Set up a team to work under the guidance of the bank's IFRS 9 programme management team. The team liaised with the Finance and Risk functions to understand the existing practices followed for hedge accounting - Created and updated hedge accounting documentation for new and existing hedging relationships - Aggregated a database of all the instruments used for hedging and the corresponding hedged items - Assisted bank in its finance change initiative to deliver efficient processes &amp; infrastructure to comply with various regulations - Supported implementation of various banking regulations, including CFTC, ESMA, FinFraG, MiFID II, HKMA and MAS at various stages of the compliance life cycle - Helped the bank in standardising data and implementing and monitoring control checkpoints to measure data quality for large-scale migration of legacy system into a strategic system - Created an end-to-end control framework for data quality management, established a scalable and standardised reporting framework, and automated across three stages with Python - As part of the Basel III framework, ensured adherence to regulatory compliance by meeting prescribed data standard norms. The team implemented the following three-step process: - Built requirement by understanding BU-specific data and its generation and lineage. Identified critical data attributes - Performed current state study of data life cycle to understand data validity and quality assessment parameters - Identified data enrichment and control process through quality scorecard - A top sell-side global investment bank, catering to retail, institutional and HNI clients, wanted to create a centralized global platform for standardized data and processes across regions and business units - Performed gap analysis, identified the data requirement from a reporting perspective, performed data sourcing/validation/ transformation, and created 50+ tools to automate data validation/aggregation from various systems
