Position Manager - Technical Architecture  Location Mumbai  Required Capabilities & Experience   - Should have strong Java and J2EE knowledge and must be proficient in Oracle.  - Strong understanding of design concepts and design patterns. Understands latest market trends in technology.  - Strong systems integration understanding; ability to conceptualize & design systems which interface with different external systems / interfaces like core banking etc.  - Conceptualize solutions that work for desktop, web and mobile devices.  - Experience in building systems that are configurable, scalable with high throughput / performance and low latency.  - Drives software development through best practices.  - Strong database design, query tuning and database optimization skills.  - Understands software / product configuration, build and release principles, and is able to work with multiple parallel releases of the software.  - Ability to work with remote teams especially interfacing with multiple vendor team(s).  - Ability to estimate tasks and monitor work of other team members.  - Strong delivery background with focus on software re-use & quality.  - Experience in building & implementing products in Financial / Banking Risk domain.  - Participate in RFP responses, Pre-sales support to Business Development team.  Essential Qualification   MBA,B.E (IT), B.E., MCA, BCA,B Tech, B.Sc(Computers), M.Sc (Computers)  Experience : 9 + years  Skills Programming : Java / JEE  Web : HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, JQuery, JSP / JSF, JSON  Frameworks : Struts, Spring, JPA / Hibernate, AngularJS  IDE Tools : Eclipse  Reporting : Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, SAIKU  Web servers : Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, IBM Websphere  Databases : Oracle, Sql Server, Database tuning and monitoring  Version Control: Subversion / SVN, Git  Build & Release: Maven, Jenkins  Processes : ISO, CMMI
