Job title : Manager - Sell-side Research Practice

Location : Pune/Mumbai

Job Duties:

- Part of the research management team of a marquee account for GR&RS.

- Assist AD in the day-to-day operations of the account and managing a team of offshore research analysts

- Provide analytical leadership on client deliverables

- Responsibilities - Client, team, and account management:

- Client responsibilities will include interacting with client team for all operational activities, providing solutions to client, and sharing best practices

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, help grow the franchise by identifying client focus areas, and make a business case to engage CRISIL to achieve their business outcomes

- Team & Account management would include, but not limited to, service delivery, staffing, talent retention, training & development of the team, coaching, sharing of best practices, providing feedback, appraisal management, managing aspirations, etc.

- Undertake regular liaison with client management and analyst teams to gauge feedback and satisfaction

- Supporting thought leadership and content building exercises in investment research areas

- Assist ADs/D on various strategic initiatives/activities.

- Experience - Experience of six years or more in fundamental analysis of companies

- Prior experience of client management and leading teams working with investment management firms would be an added advantage

Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance) from premier B-Schools

Professional Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong Client management skills.\


- Should have demonstrated very high client focus with experience in leading and build strong business relationships

- Strong Project management skills. Should have managed complex projects end to end

- Entrepreneurial mindset, relationship building and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, ability to handle ambiguity and an ability to multi-task

- Experience and enthusiasm of working with senior leadership on franchise development, client acquisition/farming and related business growth activities

- Capable of working in a dynamic & rapidly changing environment. Should have the ability to manage change.
