Please find below the job description:

- Manage a team of 2-4 analysts for handling coverage across several industries. Real estate will be a prime sector for the candidate along with few other minor allied sectors

- Should lead and actively participate in assignments/ activities involving analysis of Residential, Commercial and Retail real estate across major cities in India. Track real estate sector on continuous basis and publish periodic updates, articles, and presentations

- Understand and analyze key trends in allotted sectors by continuously monitoring high frequency data, demand -supply trends, price movement and trade dynamics (if applicable)

- Regularly compile and assess performance of key companies in the sector

- Manage client interactions through regular updates on recent opinions, analyze impact of major industry events etc.

- Making regular presentations on sectors to clients

- Process compliance and adherence to the research calendar; play active role in client management / stakeholder management

- Previous experience in credit assessment will be advantageous

Educational Qualification - MBA, CA
