Client Management / Stakeholder Management

- Discuss with the key management personnel of the non-profits being assessed to understand their mission, programmes and performance

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

- Analyse non-profits on various qualitative and quantitative parameters

- Benchmark them against peers in related sector

- Undertake rigorous risk assessment encompassing profile, processes, programmes and performance

- Strengthen understanding of non-profit sector

- Assign Ratings and prepare reports that cogently captures the rationale behind the rating

- Make rating recommendation to the Rating Committee

Process Adherence

- Ensure adherence to timelines

- Maintain a high quality of analytics

Candidate Profile

- 5-6 years in social sector or handling CSR activity in large corporate

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Understanding of accounting and financial analysis and concepts

- Positive attitude with qualities of a team player

- Innovative and solution orientation

- Open to new ideas and initiatives

- Independent performer

- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines

- Result orientation

Essential Qualifications:

- M.A /M.SC for TISS or Post Graduation from IRMA, IIFM (Bhopal), XISS (Ranchi)
