Position : Associate Director- Global Compliance Operations Role Summary : 1. To ensure efficient execution of compliance operations programs and monitoring its implementation as per the Compliance framework. 2. Conducting reviews and testing Compliance programs as per stated periodicity across all businesses. 3. To oversee compliance with Insider Trading regulations and Personal trading policy 4. Develop management reports and MIS for the leadership 5. Developing and conducting trainings as per the training calendar and managing, enrollment, tracking and completion of trainings. 6. Oversee the recording of and testing of all global regulatory obligations on the IT enabled platform. 7. Oversee the complaints management and reporting process Essential Qualification : - Post Graduate / Professional degree in accounting, secretarial, management or equivalent Experience : - 9-10 years of work experience managing Compliance /MIS related affairs for a multinational bank or an organization in the BFSI space with global operations. Skills : - Excellent in MS office Skills, Excel and PPT skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of Financial Services sector in the Indian and Global context - Competencies to translate compliance concepts into practical applications of day-to-day operations - Ability to comprehend and provide strategic solutions for Compliance related matters Rama Mishra
